1. Can I put my words or text on the badge stickers? YES, all the words, text or numbers can be changed to suit your purpose. Each of our badge sticker designs are customized for you.
2. Can I get either shiny gold or shiny silver foil for my badge stickers? YES, all badge stickers can be printed on shiny gold or shiny silver foil.
3. Can I use my community or county seal in the center of the badge sticker? YES, if you email us a sharp single color image, we require a black and white high resolution image of your seal. We can't accept with grayscale or multicolors. The sharper your seal the better results we'll get in converting it.
4. Can I purchase less than 1,000 badge stickers? Sorry, due to the time it takes to setup a printing press, make printing plates and to run the equipment associated with printing stickers our minimum order is 1,000 badge stickers.
5. Can I get a proof before I place an order? We will only provide a digital color proof via email after we receive your written order. If you want to see samples of our work, just click on the link "see other badge designs" under the image on most of our badge sticker pages.
6. Can I buy these stickers for a business, individual or not-for-profit organization? YES, the only restriction for businesses, individuals (unless affiliated with law enforcement) or not-for-profit organizations you can not use the official government or state seals. Your can use one of our many stock center logos or use your logo at no extra charge.
7. Can I print my own badge design? YES, but there might be an art conversion fee involved, so we will need to see your badge design, simply email a high resolution image to us and we'll let you know whether there will be a fee or not.
8. Can you print other ink colors? YES, We can print other single standard ink colors like brown, green, maroon, orange, purple or red at no additional charge. While these other standard ink colors will look good on shiny silver foil they might not look good on shiny gold foil.
9. Can I use state's official seal? YES, if you're a government agency or buying them on behalf of a government agency. If you're a business, individual (i.e. a political candidate) or a not-for-profit organization you can't use a state seal, unless you're donating the stickers to a government or law enforcement agency. We have an official seal for all 50 U.S. states. We don't charge for the use of a state seal.
10. Will there be a setup charge? NO we do not have a setup charge. We don't charge for foil colors. We do not charge for a perforation between each label. We also don't charge for adding your words, text, numbers, logos or seals. The costs are the price of the badge stickers and UPS shipping. We have no hidden charges - no surprises!
11. Are these stickers printed in the U.S.A.? YES, all stickers are printed in America to ensure they meet the federal safety standards for children's products.
12. What is the delivery time for stickers? Our production time for proofs and printing stickers is 18 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday or national holidays) , also allow for UPS transit time (in most case an additional 2 to 3 business days). Sorry, we do not offer rush service.
